                           News and updates                      विश्व हिंदू परिषद से अलग होकर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोले अंतरराष्ट्रीय हिंदू परिषद (एवीपी) के अध्यक्ष डॉ. प्रवीण भाई तोगड़िया अपने सियासी दल की घोषणा से पहले किसानों की लामबंदी में जुटे हैं।   इसके लिए वे प्रदेश में घूम-घूमकर किसानों के साथ बैठक कर रहे हैं। इसी सिलसिले में 29 जनवरी को वे लखनऊ में शहीद स्मारक के पास गांधी भवन में किसानों को संबोधित करेंगे। दरअसल, तोगड़िया ने 9 फरवरी को दिल्ली में सम्मेलन बुलाकर अपनी सियासी पार्टी की घोषणा का एलान कर रखा है। इसके लिए वे देशभर से लोगों को बुला रहे हैं। लखनऊ से पहले वे 28 जनवरी को गोलागोकर्णनाथ में भी किसानों के सम्मेलन में हिस्सा लेंगे। कानपुर में भी वे 30 जनवरी को सम्मेलन को संबोधित करेंगे। संगठन के प्रदेश महामंत्री संगठन वेद सचान ने आरोप लगाया कि सरकार बनने से पहले भाजपा ने स्वामीनाथन आयोग की रिपोर्ट लागू करने का वादा किया था। लेकिन सरकार बनने के बाद किसानों को धोखा दिया गया। जिस समर्थन मूल्य को लेकर सरकार किसानों की भलाई का दावा कर रही है। वह

ट्रेन की चपेट में आने से 4 लोगों की मौत उत्तर प्रदेश में दर्दनाक हादसा हो गया है। कोहरे की वजह से हुए हादसे में चार लोगों की मौत हो गई है। मरने वालों में तीन लोग एक ही परिवार के बताए जा रहे हैं।   घटना हाथरस जिले में हुई है। भरतपुर-बरेली रेलवे लाइन पर कोटा-पटना ट्रेन की चपेट में आने से 4 लोगों की मौत हो गई। इसमें तीन एक ही परिवार के बताए जा रहे हैं। यह हादसा घने कोहरे के चलते हुआ।  हाथरस जंक्शन क्षेत्र के गांव रामपुर से यह एक ही परिवार के 3 लोग एटा में अपने भाई से मिलने के लिए हाथरस रोड रेलवे स्टेशन पर ट्रेन पकड़ने जा रहे थे।  मृतकों में शेष कुमार पुत्र सुरेश चंद्र, ऋषभ पुत्र शेष कुमार, सवू पुत्री संजय शामिल है। एभी एक व्यक्ति की शिनाख्त के प्रयास जारी है। घटना की सूचना पर थाना पुलिस मौके पर पहुच गयी है।

The Supreme Court has granted bail to four convicts in the Naroda Patiya massacre case in Gujarat in which 97 people were killed by a mob during the 2002 riots in the State. A bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar on Tuesday granted bail to the four convicts - Umeshbhai Surabhai Bharwad, Rajkumar, Padmendrasinh Jaswantsinh Rajput and Harshad alias Mungda Jila Govind Chhara Parmar. The Gujarat High Court had on April 20 last year upheld the conviction of 12 out of the 29 accused who were pronounced guilty on various charges by the trial court and had acquitted 17 others, including former BJP minister Maya Kodnani. The rioting had taken place on February 28, 2002, in the Naroda Patiaya area of Ahmedabad where a mob had killed 97 people, most of them from a minority community. The massacre had taken place a day after the torching of the Sabarmati Express at Godhra, which had triggered State-wide riots.
